Atrium
The Atrium was opened in 2004 as part of a major expansion to the College's ILT facilities. The Atrium is an open access area that offers a wide range of resources and services. There is a total of 48 open access machines, of which 24 are bookable for lessons. The Atrium also offers a wide variety of services and resources to both students and staff, these include:
- DVD/VHS viewing facilities
- meeting and presentation facilities
- Colour printing and scanning
- 2 members of staff to help with technical queries or general advice.
In addition the Atrium has a wide range of equipment available for loan. The equipment is available to both students and staff, for a maximum period of a week. The equipment includes:
- Digital Video Camcorders
- Digital Stills Cameras
- Digital Dictaphones
- Tape Dictaphones
- Mini Disk Players
- Tripods
