THE first stage of an arts project aimed to brighten up the entrances to Darlington’s Victorian Market Hall went on display on Tuesday 2 October. Residents and visitors to Darlington will soon enjoy four large pieces of artwork that will hang on display in the entrances to Darlington Market Hall from November 2012.
