Mathematics & Further Mathematics

The A Level Mathematics course is designed to develop a variety of skills including how to use and apply a wide range of algebraic techniques; how to reason, interpret and communicate mathematically; problem
solving and mathematical modelling. You will study pure mathematics and some applied mathematics topics. You should have very good algebra skills such as the ability to factorise and solve quadratic equations, solve simultaneous equations and simplify algebraic expressions.
