Performance Sport is for you if you want to improve your performance level and fitness whilst at QE. You do not have to be elite athletes or study PE or Sport & Leisure to be involved in this scheme. You will work through your own personal fitness programme. Some sessions will be classroom-based to help you better understand how to develop and maintain your own fitness and well-being. Other parts of the course will be more practically orientated. The aim is to enable you to develop an understanding of how to improve your own speed, flexibility, strength and endurance. All sessions will be led by suitable qualified staff.
