Supplementary Programmes (Extra-Curricular Activities)
At QE we really want you to enjoy your time here and therefore, we can offer you almost 60 different Supplementary Studies programmes for you to choose from. These programmes are extra-curricular activities that enable you to pursue interests you already have, or want to explore. You can do any of these programmes just for fun, or as a way to meet new people.
All of these programmes will develop your skills and help you stand out amongst the crowd in a university, apprenticeship or job application, when you are thinking about your next steps after QE.
Some of these programmes allow you to gain a formal recognised qualification, for example First Aid or one of the MFL beginners’ courses.
There are also many volunteering and work experience opportunities.
At QE there is something for everyone! Our Supplementary Studies programmes usually take place during lunch time, however, a small proportion are timetabled.
